Hosted Exchange 2010 is a legacy service. We still support existing customers, but we no longer sell it. We're moving customers to Zimbra Mail or Microsoft 365, and we'll contact you before your mailbox moves. Manage legacy services in the legacy portal at my.ozhosting.com.
If you need to forward your emails to an external email address please do the following
1. Access the Ozhosting Control Panel - https://my.ozhosting.com
2. Log into the Control Panel with your email address as login and mailbox password
3. Click on the Hosted Exchange tab
4. Click on "Forwarding"
5. Click on "Enable"
6. Enter the email address you wish to forward to
7. If you wish to "Leave Messages on Server" then tick the box
8. Click on Submit
Note. You can only forward to 1 email address
